In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order up to 28 days following confirmed delivery. A full refund will be processed.
Please ensure items are in the same condition as you have received them and ideally returned in their original packaging, alongside your proof of purchase, such as delivery note or order confirmation email.
On the basis your artwork or product is in the same condition as it was originally shipped, all refunds will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
Postage costs can not be refunded.
